A Family Friendly Getaway

This spacious, impeccably decorated  yet relaxed three bedroom, three bath condominium is perfect for a weekend getaway, week-long family excursion or even month(s)-long stays for snowbirds and retirees.

The owners of this condominium unit have taken great care in decorating the condo with soothing colors and comfortable, welcoming furniture. There is an obvious and tasteful attention to detail that will make all the difference in your family vacation. You work hard to spend precious time with friends and family and this condo provides the perfect backdrop for painting a beautiful memory.

Master Suite/Balcony View

The master suite looks out over the outdoor pool and hot tub area and onto the sparkling, inviting Gulf of Mexico.  Master dwellers have separate sliding glass door access to the spacious balcony and its many lounging chairs and ample side tables.  The master suite has a luxurious king size bed and chaise lounge for those afternoon catnaps.  There is a sizable walk-in closet and dresser.  The roomy master bath has a large double vanity sink. The master has its own flat screen television with DVD player.

Living Room/Balcony View

Just off the master suite is the living room, kitchen and dining area.  The owners know how to entertain and therefore they have provided sufficient and comfortable seating in the living room.  The couch is L shaped and although not a fold-out bed it is certainly large enough and comfortable enough to double as a bed. The living room has large sliding glass doors which open out to even more seating and tables on the large balcony.  The living room also has a flat screen television and DVD player.  The owners have also provided reading material and board games.

The kitchen is equipped with brand new stainless appliances.  You'll find everything you need in terms of dishware, serve ware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils for the simplest to the most elaborate of meals.  Or should you just choose to eat out and blend the day away...equipment is provided for that as well.  There is a large dining table with seating for eight.  There is also a breakfast bar and three barstools.

Kitchen/Dining Area

The second bedroom is just off the main hallway and has its own bathroom which can also be accessed via the hall. This bedroom is also furnished with a comfortable king size bed.  There is a sizable closet and plenty of storage in the dresser and bedside tables.  There is also a television and DVD player.

Second Bedroom

Across the hall is a spacious laundry room.  Launder everything before you go and return from your restful vacation with clean clothing. You'll also find beach chairs, beach toys, a cooler and such stored in the laundry room.  It's a great place to drop off the beach bag and wet/sandy towels on your way in from a fun-filled day of sand and sun.

The third bedroom is affectionately called the "fishy room" by the owners' grandchildren.  This bedroom also has it's own bathroom with single vanity.  The room is furnished with twin beds and a smaller closet.  There is plenty of storage in the chest of drawers and bedside table.  This room also has a television and DVD player.

Third Bedroom

This unit is an end unit which provides a couple of wonderful perks.  Should you choose to take the stairs as opposed to the elevator the stairwell is just outside the condo door.  The trash chute is very close-by.  And best of all...no random foot traffic past your unit...if someone is outside your door...they're either lost or there to see you!

We hope you'll take advantage of this spectacular family-owned, one of a kind condominium and all that the Majestic Sun, Seascape and Destin have to offer! Enjoy!
